Processing Time

Once you place an order, it undergoes verification, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment processing may be delayed slightly. Please allow additional days for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination.

• Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
• Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days

  • Free Shipping: For orders of $50.00 and above
  • Standard Delivery: $10.00 for orders under $50.00
  • Expedited Delivery: $20.00 for all orders

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Damages

Blackdotstudio is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
